PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning system for easily remodeling an absorption refrigerating machine capable of simultaneously feeding fluorocarbon refrigerant and cold water, and performing the air-conditioning by simultaneously feeding fluorocarbon refrigerant and cooled water to objects of different air- conditioning by directly cooling condensers of the fluorocarbon refrigerant with the water refrigerant of evaporators. SOLUTION: This air-conditioning system comprises an absorption refrigerating machine 20 having an evaporator 1, condensers 10a and 10b of the fluorocarbon refrigerant of a system independent from the absorption refrigerating machine 20, and evaporators 12a, 12b, 13a and 13b and has a heat transfer cycle to connect these condensers and the evaporators to each other via a liquid refrigerant pipe 16 and a gaseous refrigerant pipe 17. The liquid refrigerant from the evaporator 1 of the absorption refrigerating machine is circulated in the condensers of the fluorocarbon refrigerants 10a and 10b to cool the fluorocarbon for condensation, and the liquid refrigerant of the absorption refrigerating machine 20 heated by cooling the fluorocarbon refrigerant is flushed in the evaporators of the absorption refrigerating machine 20, and cooled.
