PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a biscuit-like material as thinner as possible with which even in the case much air in an injection sleeve exists under some condition of molten metal pouring amount, after fully exhausting this air before filling process, and filling the molten metal. SOLUTION: An injection device 1 is provided with an opposite sleeve 4 which is disposed so as to be the same axis with the injection sleeve 2 and separable to a movable die 21 and a fixed die 22, an opposite piston 5 which is opposed to a plunger 3 and can slide inside the injection sleeve 2 and inside the opposite sleeve 4 and has the sealing property in the outer periphery, an opposite cylinder 6 which is a sliding power source of the opposite piston 5 and can support the action pressure at the tip end face of the opposite piston 5, an opposite rod 7 for connecting the opposite piston 5 with the opposite cylinder 6, a position detector 16 for detecting the positions of the plunger 3 and the opposite piston 5, a control unit 8 which controls the opposite cylinder 6 and the plunger 3 by receiving the positional information of the piston detector 16, and a molten metal chamber 9 at the interval between the plunger 3 and the opposite piston 5.
