PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular telephone adapted to access and observe a digital image of high quality from an internet photograph service provider. SOLUTION: A system for accessing to and observing the image transmitted from a remote position to a portable imaging unit includes each transmitted image having geographical information. A method for accessing to and observing the image comprises: a step of imparting the portable imaging unit adapted to receive the image transmitted from the remote position; a step of setting a geographical position of the imaging unit; and a step of transmitting at least one image in order depending upon the position of the imaging unit to the imaging unit.
