PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a radiated electromagnetic field at a low cost without altering the pattern or the structure of a board. SOLUTION: In a circuit board device 1, conductors 4 are arranged on one or both sides of a board 2 mounting components 20 and the conductors 4 are electrically connected with the board 2 partially or entirely as the ground.
