PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant transplanting device capable of easily transplanting plants of a worksite to a desired place without destroying an ecological system of the worksite. SOLUTION: This plant transplanting device S has an arm (lift arm 5) which is supported so as to be freely rotated and to be freely ascended and descended, and an attachment 10 which is attached to the top end of the arm, wherein the attachment has a transported soil carrying members (horizontal tine members 17) on which the transported soil H is carried, a holding member 21 which has a holding space for holding the transported soil and is attached to the transported soil carrying members so as to be freely attached and detached, and piercing members (peg-teeth 22) which are protrusively arranged inside the holding member so as to hold the soil by piercing the transported soil H.
