PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number and the capacity of color matching profiles and to provide optimum colors. SOLUTION: A color printer system having profiles for color processing and performing the color processing by using the profile, is provided with: a paper type discrimination unit 110 for recognizing output paper and selecting a color processing method depending on the type of paper; and a plurality of color processing apparatuses 111 for introducing a conversion expression for other paper on the basis of a color profile 112 with respect to basic paper and performing color processing.
