PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote-control slime treatment system whereby slime treatment is optimized by monitoring the growth status of slime. SOLUTION: The injection of a slime control agent is controlled by monitoring the slime in one or more actual water line processes 4 (treatment site 21-21N). A slime growth detecting means (slime monitor 6) is installed in the actual water line process to detect the growth of the slime. The slime growth data from the slime growth detecting means is collected and accumulated for every actual water line process in a data accumulation means (data base 34). A judgement means (processor 14) monitors the change of the slime growth data in every actual water line process and judges whether abnormality occurs or not. An information presentation means (information presentation part 32) presents the judgement information of the judgement means, the information expressing the actual water line process, the abnormality information and its countermeasure information.
