A shallow dish part 24 as a resin reservoir is formed on the plate-like part 22, and a hardener reservoir part is formed on the plate-like part 32 by a plate-like part 33 forming a closed space with a cylindrical part 25 and a connecting wall 34. When a hardening resin is injected from the shallow dish part 24 with the plate-like parts 22, 32 abutted to each other, the resin is hardened to have an I-shaped section so that the plate-like parts 22, 32 are united into one body not to be separated from each other.
