PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problem that since probability for the generation of Tokai great earthquake or the like is high, and when the falling of a building at home or at an office or the like, the falling of furniture, a housing shelf or a locker, and the dropping or the like of articles occur, great damages are given to people and articles, and a sad state as death occurs, and therefore, various kinds of countermeasures regarding the destruction of buildings, the prevention of the fall of furniture, and the dropping of articles or the like are taken, and an evacuation device which protects people from the falling of buildings, anti-disaster utensils or anti-disaster goods are sold, however, nothing has reached a satisfactory level. SOLUTION: This evacuation box for disaster such as an earthquake is constituted of a box body for evacuation formed of a hard material such as a steel material or a hard resin, which is constituted of a top board, a bottom board and legs, an open part which is formed on the side surface of the box body, a grip for body stabilization which is provided on the top board, and an arm rest for body protection which is provided on the leg. A user can freely go in and come out. A secondary disaster such as a collision avoiding between people or a collision avoiding with hung articles can be eliminated. By this device, people can evacuate without anxiety. The bodies of evacuated people can be surely supported, and secondary disaster can be completely eliminated, and all people can evacuate without anxiety.
