PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional massage machine that since a mechanical mechanism and a pneumatic one are separate manufactures, the massage effect superior to the individual characteristic can't be obtained. SOLUTION: In this combined massage machine, a vertically movable sliding contact body 2 is disposed in the center of a back plate of a chair-shaped base 1, air sacs 3, 3 are disposed opposite to each other at a fixed space on the right and left sides with a sliding contact mechanism part 5 interposed between them, and the respective air sacs 3 are freely expanded and contracted by the supply and discharge of pressurized air so as to exhibit the operational effect of the combined characteristics of the mechanical mechanism and the pneumatic massage machine.
