PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an exchanging cost by certainly preventing corrosion and enabling long life, in an exhaust duct damper. SOLUTION: Dampers 25, 26, 27 are installed to a branch portion between exhaust ducts 17 to 21 of exhaust gas processing facilities and bypass passages 22, 23, 24, and the dampers 25, 26, 27 are arranged to an exhaust duct 18 so as to rotate a driving shaft 31. A cylindrical pipe 34 is fixed to the driving shaft 31 to fix a pair of installing brackets 35. A fiber reinforced plastic damper main body 36 is fitted to the installing brackets 35, and the surfaces of the cylindrical pipe 34 and the installing bracket 35 is covered by a fiber reinforced plastic cover 39.
