PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically stop a feeding operation at a fixed quantity when hot water is fed into a bathtub or kerosene is fed into a kerosene stove. SOLUTION: A fixed quantity sensing valve is opened/closed by the movement caused by the gravity and the buoyancy of a piston-like float (18) and the movement of a ball valve (12) connected thereto via a wire (14) or the like.
