PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the stagnation when first and second ports are disposed vertically. SOLUTION: This diaphragm valve is provided with a main body (10) in which a first port (11) faces upward, a second port (12) faces downward, and a third port (13) faces a transverse direction, a first passage (21) opened to both front and rear sides of the main body, a second passage (22) opened to one of them, a third passage (23) opened to the other, a first partition wall (17) vertically partitioning the first and second passages, a second partition wall (18) laterally partitioning the second and third passages, a first valve seat (19) at an end face of the first partition wall, a second valve seat (20) at an end face of the second partition wall, a first diaphragm (25) cooperating with the first valve seat, and a second diaphragm (26) cooperating with the second valve seat. A lowermost face (31) on the first passage side of the first partition wall is formed horizontally from the first valve seat to the second valve seat.
