PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the safety of a physically handicapped person as a driver when the handicapped person gets in and out of a vehicle 1 parked on the edge of a road. SOLUTION: A front passenger seat 3 is freely movable backward and a driver's seat 2 is freely displaceable to a front portion of the front passenger seat 3. The handicapped person as the driver can get in and out of the vehicle 1 through a door opening portion 8b on the side of the front passenger seat 3.
