First contact parts 112 and second contact parts 113 are formed respectively at the end parts of connection means 111. The first contact parts 112 are in contact with the respective leads 73 to be connected electrically, and a board provided with electrical wiring and an external output terminal is installed at the second contact parts 113 to output items stored in the IC chip 72 to outside.
