PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person to perform an electronic battle simulation while moving two moving machines in a real space and, in addition, avoiding the radiation of disturbing radio waves to the real space. SOLUTION: A tracking-side moving machine radiates a radar wave for tracking and, at the same time, radiates a first pulse string meaning the radiation of the radar wave in the frequency band of the radar wave. A tracked-side moving machine radiates a second pulse string meaning the disturbance to the radar wave and the contents of the disturbance upon receiving the first pulse string. In addition, the tracking-side moving machine analyzes the second pulse string and confirms the effect of the disturbance by generating a pseudo disturbing wave signal only in its inside.
