PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device of the endotoxins concentration capable of monitoring continuously the endotoxin concentration by taking a part of a specimen liquid through a pipe from a storage tank or a supply line of the specimen liquid such as medicines such as an injection, an infusion or a dialyzate, an intermediate product or a refined water, monitoring even a low- concentration liquid having the endotoxin concentration of 50 EU/L or less, especially an extremely low-concentration liquid having the endotoxin concentration in the level of 10 to <1 EU/L, and monitoring the endotoxin concentration in a short time. SOLUTION: This measuring device of the endotoxin concentration is characterized by comprising a means for taking the specimen liquid including the endotoxin into a measuring circuit successively and automatically, a means for injecting a prescribed quantity of a limulus reagent including a coloring synthetic substrate into the taken specimen liquid to thereby mix both liquids, an absorbance measuring means for calculating the endotoxin concentration in the specimen liquid, and a means for discharging the mixed liquid from a measuring cell or the measuring circuit including the measuring cell after measurement.
