PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment device for simplifying the device and enhancing versatility to considerably reduce the appliance cost. SOLUTION: A servo motor 2 is fixed upwardly to a fixed base 1, and a center supporting shaft 6 of a rotary disk 5 is connected to an output shaft 3. A plurality of ejection holes 7 are formed in a radial direction inside the rotary disk 5 concentrically around a center of the rotary disk 5, and opened in an outer circumferential surface. Particles for particle drive are fed from a particle feed source (not shown) via a feed nozzle 9 to a particle sump 8 formed in the center of the rotary disk 5. The particles fed to the particle sump 8 are ejected by the centrifugal force from the ejection holes 7, and driven into an inner surface of a cylindrical work fitted to the outer circumference of the rotary disk 5 in a vertically movable manner by a drive device (not shown) concentrically with the center of the rotary disk 5.
