PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine which has improved entertainment property with respect to a flowing form of a game ball. SOLUTION: In the pinball game machine, the game ball is held, guided, and discharged in a certain direction by a ball receiving portion 81 of a ball guiding member 80 to limit the flowing direction of the game ball to some degree, so that the game ball is added with flowing forms different from that in the case where the game ball is not received in the ball receiving portion 81 to flow in a random direction, and thus various flowing forms of the game balls are obtained. The game ball is guided and falls while gradually reducing its acceleration at that time, so that a fresh sense, which is different from that given by a flowing form where the game ball freely falls at a certain acceleration or a flowing form by an accessory forcibly driven to rotate at an angular acceleration of 0, is given to a player to improve the entertainment property.
