PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizer and its composition containing a specific perfume as an active component and having an excellent deodorizing effect against various malodor such as tobacco. SOLUTION: The deodorizer contains one or more compounds (component (a)) selected from a group consisting ofβ-ionone, geranium oil and coumarin as an active component.
