PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the water, sweat and the like from being attached to a locking mechanism from the external in a case when the locking mechanism for mounting an electrode on a holding sheet body is also used as a power supply passage to the electrode, and to prevent the relative rotation of the electrode on the locking mechanism to the holding sheet body 7. SOLUTION: A male-side member 62 formed on the electrode 1a and the like is fitted to a female-side member 61 formed on the holding sheet body 41 placed on a body surface of a patient K (the conductive locking mechanism is configurated of 61, 62). An annular first projecting seal part 71 formed on the holding sheet body 41 and an annular second projecting seal part 72 formed on the electrode are fitted with an inner and outer double structure in a state of surrounding both members 61, 62. A fitting projecting part 82 formed on the electrode is fitted to a fitting recessed part 81 formed on the holding sheet body 41 at a position eccentric to the female-side member 61, whereby the relative rotation of the electrode to the holding sheet body 41 can be restricted.
