PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove dirt from tableware without using detergent by reducing the generation quantity of electrolytic water so as to reduce time for generation. SOLUTION: A control part 5 opens a water feeding valve apparatus 42 to feed a prescribed quantity of water into a wash tub 2, thereafter closes the valve apparatus 42 to drive a water feeding pump 39 and switches a water channel bi-directional switching apparatus 43 to feed water to an electrolyzer 9a. Then, the control part 5 operates a DC power generator 8 to circulate the electrolytic water generated by the electrolyzer 9a again to the electrolyzer 9a via the wash tub 2 for a prescribed time, thereafter switches the switching apparatus 43 to feed water to a fast jetting boiler 29 and energizes a second heater 31 provided at the boiler 29 to jet the electrolytic water heated and evaporated by the boiler 29 to the tableware 14 housed in the wash tub 2 from a jet nozzle 30 for washing for a prescribed time.
