PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely, easily and manually mount an apparatus such as a television receiver on a stand or the like by screw fastening without the need for using a tool. SOLUTION: A positioning projection 65 formed to a cover 60 is fitted to a positioning recessed part 82 formed to a rear panel 81 of a television receiver main body E to decide the mount position of the television receiver main body E and the television stand A. When a knob 70 is turned in a direction of the arrow A in this state, four idle gears 30 are turned in a direction of the arrow C under the same torque at the same time to turn a pinion 41 of amount screw 40 meshing with them in a direction of the arrow D together with a male screw 42. Turning of the mount screw 40 in a direction of the arrow D screws the male screw 42 into a main body female screw 83 formed to the rear panel 81 of the television receiver main body E so that the television receiver main body E is fitted to the television stand A by one mount operation.
