PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible best focused photographing even in macro photographing and middle/long-distance photographing. SOLUTION: An upper surface 9b of a casing 9 is formed with an opening 5 for sliding and setting a lens 6 to a camera module 2, and a bottom surface 5a within the opening 5 is formed with two channels 4 for guiding legs 8 of the lens 6. The lens 6 is set to be focused in macro photographing, has the legs 8 to be slid along with the channels 4 and is provided with a handle 7 such that a user easily slides the lens 6. A length of the handle 7 is determined to be protruded from the upper surface 9b in the state of inserting the lens 6 into the opening 5 and setting the lens on an optical axis of a mirror barrel 2a of the camera module 2.
