FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotary engines with variable speed of blade rotation. According to invention, inner rotors of compressor and engine and their outer rotors are interconnected. Compressor is provided with differential valves in blades of outer rotor connected with intake channel and ball slide valves in blades of inner rotor with radial channels pointed to axis and provided with check valves. Cylinder with channels to feed air to combustion chamber is arranged in axial space. Inner and outer rotors are furnished with roller coupling with fixed outer and roller coupling with outer race connected with output shaft of engine.
