<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance of a speaker. <P>SOLUTION: The inner wall of a suspension holder 20 is connected to a portion of a voice coil 15 at a magnetic circuit 9 away from its vibration cone 17.The outer wall of the holder 20 is connected to a frame 19 through a second edge 21. A first and second edges 18, 21 have approximately symmetric similar shapes with a boundary between the first and second edges 18, 21. The vibration cone 17 is coupled with the holder 20 at their middle portions.
