FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a number of closed rings and cross-pieces and driven spring manufactured from a material possessing shape memory properties having internal rod having movable hollow stopper member at the end. The stopper is engageable with internal spring surface. L-shaped slots are produced in hollow part of end stopper body on both sides of the internal rod. The slots are engageable and fixable to arc-shaped cross-piece of movable ring. Tube of diameter equal to 1/3 of compensating ring is fitted over rod portion inside of carcass. The tube is used for fixing ends of intestine segments under anastomosis with purse- string sutures including knot-tying operation and for allowing intestine content to pass through the device before its rejection takes place.
