<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro pump capable of reducing the development cost and easily controlling the fluid. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of conductors 79a, 79b for driving pump are respectively fixed to an outer face of a pump part 71 of this micro pump 61, and the micro pump 61 is mounted in the magnetic field in such manner that the direction of electric current flowing to both conductors 79a, 79b is orthogonal to the direction of magnetic field generated between a pair of permanent magnets 62. The electric currents of different directions respectively flow in both conductors 79a, 79b, and the directions of the electric currents are reversed to expand and contract the pump part in the moving directions of the conductors 79a, 79b. Whereby the liquid fragrant material in the pump part 71 is discharged, and the liquid fragrant material is sucked into the pump part 71.
