FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for grinding, polishing and hardening of parts surface layer. Vibration machine comprises container, fixed on platform with vibrator, and resilient installed on base. In container is mounted and rigidly attached to its inner walls, insert in form of concave shaped helical drum, made along perimeter from three and more variable-width concave curvilinear shaped strips, folded in vertical plane in lengthwise direction, bent along helical lines in transverse direction and bent along cuts with skewed walls in crosswise-lengthwise direction with formation along drum perimeter of directed towards each other broken helical lines and helical surfaces with variable pitch. Along its entire length helical drum is truncated in upper part along line, parallel to drum axis of symmetry, for not more than one fourth of its part.EFFECT: result is expansion of process performances and higher processing intensity.1 cl, 10 dwg |
