FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and plastic surgery, is intended for surgical treatment of blepharoptosis. According to preliminary marking at the distance of 10 mm from the ciliary margin, skin is being incised, incision extends 2 mm longer than the boundary of an inner limb and an outer limb, then, the ciliary portion is being fixed by means of a suture-holder, middle levator aponeurosis is being successively mobilized and resect with width of 11 mm with cutting off intermediate horns. Levator is being fixed to the front surface of the cartilage so, that upper lid edge is being located along the upper limb, then a palpebral fold is being formed by fixation pretarsal portion of palpebral part of orbicular muscle to levator and Whitnall's ligament by continuous suture over the entire length of the expected fold with a biodegradable suture 6-00.EFFECT: method reduces the area of a surgical wound and injuries of surrounding tissues, simplifies the process of levator mobilization by applying sutures-holders, preserves the anatomical position of upper lid tissues, reduces the volume of surgical intervention, provides more accurate fixation of the levator to a cartilage plate.1 cl, 9 dwg, 1 ex |
