<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device which prevents unauthorized access while speeding up an authentication procedure for a system using a network. <P>SOLUTION: A user transmits a game command corresponding to an optional game screen in a game to a server 22 by using a user's terminal 21 when playing the game through the network. The server 22 receives the game command from the user's terminal 21 and acquires authentication information on the user's terminal 21 contained in the game command. Then, the server 22 authenticates whether the user's terminal of the transmission origin of the game command is eligible to play the game or not on the basis of the acquired authentication information. Furthermore, the server 22 acquires identification information of screen data contained in the game command, produces the screen data on the basis of the result of the authentication depending on the authentication information and the identification information on the screen data, and transmits it to the user's terminal of the transmission origin of the game command.
