PURPOSE: A under cover of a power train for a vehicle is provided to cut off foreign materials penetrated into the power train when a bus travels, to easily discharge the penetrated foreign materials, and accordingly to prevent parts from being damaged and polluted. CONSTITUTION: A under cover(10) of a power train for a vehicle is composed of a main plate(12) for forming a bottom face and having a square plate shape; side plates(14) obliquely extended from both ends of the main plate and formed with combining pieces(18) for combining with a vehicle body at the outside; and a cut-off plate(50) vertically extended from a front end of the main plate to connect both side plates. The main plate includes a plurality of discharging holes(12a) communicated at the lower side and mutually separated. A bracket is formed obliquely downward at the lower side of the discharging hole.
