PURPOSE: A functional plastic chip having a negative charge is provided, to obtain a plastic chip having an anion-emitting effect, a far infrared ray-radiating effect, a deodorizing effect and an antibacterial effect. CONSTITUTION: The functional plastic chip is prepared by reacting 10 mol of a sodium hydroxide solution (pH 13) with 5 mol of aluminum, reacting the obtained solution with 5 mol of sodium silicate, and drying the obtained to prepare a first powder; reacting 10 mol of ground tourmaline with 5 mol of silica gel and 5 mol of magnesium oxide to prepare a ground tourmaline mixture, dissolving 10 mol of magnesium fluoride in 10 mol of H2O to prepare a magnesium fluoride solution, mixing the ground tourmaline mixture and the magnesium fluoride solution, and pasting and drying the mixture to obtain a second powder; mixing 10 mol of the second powder with 3 mol of the first powder; mixing 0.5 mol of the obtained powder mixture with 10 mol of a plastic source material (polyethylene or polypropylene) to prepare a resin; and extruding the obtained resin.
