POWDERY FOAMING AGENT, PRODUCTION THEREOF, AND AERATED CONCRETE USING POWDERY FOAMING AGENT

PURPOSE: A powdery foaming agent is provided to operate an aerated concrete having an uniform and stable quality, simplify the aerated concrete manufacturing process and reduce the cost. A method for making the powdery foaming agent is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for making the powdery foaming agent comprises the steps of: mixing 100 parts by weight of a liquid foaming agent with 200-300 parts by weight of a mortar-compounding material having fine particles to form kneaded slurry; forming the kneaded slurry into granules; and drying the granulate slurry to obtain the powdery particles. In particular, the mortar compounding material is selected from the group consisting of sand, fly ash and bentonite.
