PURPOSE: An apparatus for increasing light variation in OTDR measurement system is provided to effectively prevent a landslide by detecting a symptom of the landslide using an optical fiber cable. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for increasing light variation in OTDR measurement system includes a first support plate(210), a first fixing pulley(221), a second fixing pulley(222), two supporting devices(231,232), an elastic device(240), a moving pulley(250), an optical cable(260), and a second supporting plate. The first supporting plate(210) has a rectangular shape so as to support the first fixing pulley(221), the second fixing pulley(222), two supporting devices(231,232), the elastic device(240) and the moving pulley(250). The first fixing pulley(221) is installed on one side of the first supporting plate(210). The second fixing pulley(222) is installed on the first supporting plate(210) in opposition to the first fixing pulley(221).
