The present invention relates to a system for providing an exercise program for a user and managing the same on the basis of the recognition of the user's location in an indoor fitness center, the system comprising: a positioning unit which provides location information of a user located indoors; a mountable terminal which generates the user's location information, and is disposed on an area where the user is located so as to provide an exercise program corresponding to the user; and an integrated management server which receives the user's location information from the mountable terminal, provides the mountable terminal with an exercise program allocated to the area where the user is located, and forms the user's exercise history into data. Accordingly, the present invention can record and manage a member's exercise history by identifying the member's location within a fitness center, and can thus provide a user-personalized health program in the fitness center. |
