MECHANISM FOR PREVENTING GENERATION OF SPIRAL FLOW ON WATER SURFACE BY STIRRER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for preventing the generation of spiral flow on the water surface by a stirrer capable of preventing the occurrence of vortexes and spiral flow from the vicinity of a water surface during a stirring operation.

SOLUTION: The stirrer is formed by attaching stirring blades 2 to the bottom end of a hollow shaft 1 rotated by an electric motor 5 disposed above the water surface and by covering the outer periphery of the hollow shaft 1 with a cylindrical cover 4. A blade 10 for preventing the generation of the spiral flow is fixed in the vicinity of the stirring blades 2.
