SMART CUP

A smart cup comprises a housing (1), and a liner (2) mounted in the housing (1). The smart cup further comprises a pair of aluminum foils (22) in the same shape, a control circuit board (42) and a temperature sensor. The aluminum foils (22) are symmetrically attached to the outer wall of the liner and are electrically connected to the control circuit board (42). The control circuit board (42) obtains the temperature of water in the liner by using the temperature sensor, obtains the dielectric constant of the water from the temperature, and obtains the volume of the water in the liner according to the dielectric constant and the capacitance and area of the aluminum foils. The smart cup features a simple structure, low requirements on the production process, and low costs. The principle of determining the volume of water in the cup by means of capacitive water level detection is simple, and the error is small. Therefore, the smart cup is economical, practical, and easy to popularize.
