Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention are a wireless communication method and device, and computer storage medium. The method comprises: establishing, by a customer premise equipment (CPE) based on a session initial protocol (SIP), a voice communication channel between a first circuit switched data (CSD) terminal and a second CSD terminal; acquiring, by the CPE based on the voice communication channel, a CSD signal tone of the first CSD terminal, and analyzing and recognizing a CSD service represented by the CSD signal tone; and establishing a CSD service channel between the first CSD terminal and the second CSD terminal based on the CSD service and a capability negotiation initiated by the SIP between the first CSD terminal and the second CSD terminal. |
