Device for protecting from overload in cutting devices for herbaceous material or the like, for harvesting machines comprising a first frame (2) inside which there is provided a rotor (3) equipped with a plurality of fins (3a) located side-by-side thereamong along the entire length of the rotor (3), a conveying channel (4) for the herbaceous material, and a second frame (6) swingably connected with respect to the first frame (2) and with respect to the ground and onto which there is located a respective plurality of knives (5), the device being characterised in that each knife (5) of said plurality of knives is swingably and rotatably mounted on said second frame (6) and with respect to said channel (4), and is supported on said second frame (6) at two points (50, 51) resiliently, swingably and unconstrainedly with respect to the other knives (5). <IMAGE> |
