<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and area of a display part of a control panel and to improve the operability for operators in an electronic equipment with a plurality of setting items. <P>SOLUTION: The control panel and electronic equipment include a first display means which can display the contents of each setting item by a character string of words/idiom/phrase/sentence or the like, a setting means which can switch/select/determine the setting items, a second display means different from the first display means for displaying contents of selected items, and a means for starting the operation of the electronic device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
