POLYAMIDE POWDER FOR METAL SURFACE COATING BY VORTEX MOTION SINTERING METHOD AND VORTEX MOTION SINTERING COATING BASED ON SUCH POWDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide vortex motion sintering powder for a thin layer vortex motion sintering method which enables to perform an extremely uniform and thin coating.

SOLUTION: This polyamide powder has a mean diameter d50 of 20-90μm. The content of fine particles of less than 5μm is less than 1%. At least 75% of the particles are spherical particles. In this case, a spherical particle means a particle having the same sizes in the three spatial axes of x, y and z within±10%.
