<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflector which can obtain a desired reflective property, has no fear of causing an interference pattern and, further, is capable of simplifying the manufacture process. <P>SOLUTION: In the reflector, a plurality of reflective slants 28b standing in line along one direction are formed on the surface of a substrate 28 and, further, a plurality of grooves 58 dividing the reflective slants 28b along the intersecting direction of the one direction are disposed. Highly reflective films are formed at least on the reflective slants 28b, the width along the intersecting direction of the reflective slants 28b is set to be different at each of reflective slants 28b and the pitch of the grooves 58 is set to be different at every grooves. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
