PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resource management device, method and program capable of dynamically displaying resource states including capacity such as the efficiency and working ratios of respective resources and the load of the resources in addition to time required for tasks and to provide a recording medium recording the program.

SOLUTION: The resource management device is provided with a resource state information processing part 1030 for preparing a resource state graphic expressing the throughput and processing ratio of tasks, the holding quantity and holding time of processing states by a polygon when each of resources processes a plurality of tasks and graphics indicating the operation of the resources and a resource state display part 1020 for simultaneously displaying a time chart including the resource state graphics and a plurality of moving images expressing the resource operation on the same screen on the basis of the graphic data.
