<p>The proposed multipurpose multifunctional hardware-and-software telecommunications complex contains control centers designed for controlling satellite communication systems, connections to the "Internet" network and distributing the resources of this network, local, intertown, and international telephone communication systems, mobile communication systems, broadcasting and telecasting systems, multimedia systems, positioning systems for determining positions and controlling traffic of vehicles, and other systems.
