<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display, on a storefront image display monitor, real estate property information from a database of the real estate property information kept by a real estate intermediary agent. <P>SOLUTION: The real estate property information displayed on the storefront image display monitor from the database of the real estate property information kept by the real estate intermediary agent is allowed to be designated; the real estate property information displayed with high frequency out of the displayed real estate property information is allowed to be designated; the display frequency of the real estate property information showing the receipt of a down payment within the database of the real estate property information is lowered; the real estate property information showing completion of a contract is prevented from being displayed on the storefront image display monitor; the area of the screen is so divided as to display the real estate properties for every type; data items of the real estate property information are partially emphatically displayed by subjecting them to arithmetic processing together with a set reference value; and superior real estate property information is allowed to be automatically displayed with high frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
