<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of efficiently processing diversified output documents (sheets) and preventing a decrease in productivity even if a paper jam or the like occurs. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device includes at least two image forming parts 10, 11; a common sheet processing part 120 which processes sheets S; and temporary sheet storage parts 110, 111 provided correspondingly to the image forming parts 10, 11 for selectively and temporarily storing the sheets S output from the image forming parts 10, 11. To process the sheets S, the sheets S are selectively and temporarily stored in the temporary sheet storage parts 110, 111.
