PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow users to recognize the circumstances of trial listening and high-quality reproduction with a system which enables the users to carry out trial listening of trial listening data and to form high-quality data by using additional data if the users like the data.

SOLUTION: In reproduction for trial listening, the speech data G1 and G2 for guidance and the frame data following the same are reproduction in accordance with information L1 on use permission included in the trial listening data. In forming the high quality data for quality enhancement, the speech data G1 and G2 and the information L1 are rewritten in accordance with information L2 on use permission included in the additional data. In the high-quality reproduction, the speech data G1' and G2' for guidance and the frame data following the same are reproduction in accordance with information L3 on use permission. The users are able to recognize the circumstances of the trial listening and the high-quality reproduction by hearing the guide speeches.
