<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepreg exhibiting excellent strength properties, more specifically a fiber-reinforced composite material tubing having a high torsional strength and suitable for use in a golf shaft. <P>SOLUTION: When thermally cured, the prepreg has an in-plane shear yield stressσy (MPa) satisfying equation (1): 55≤σy < 70.
