FIELD: medicine; optical instruments for sun shielding, correction of visual acuity, prophylactics and curing of eye sickness. SUBSTANCE: spectacles of one design alternate have through holes in spectral sun lenses. Those of second design alternate have their spectral sun lenses covered with sun-shielding layer, their material absorbing short-wave part of visible light spectrum and passing long-wave part most favorable for retina with respect to improvement of its contrast sensitivity. In addition spectral sun lenses of one design alternate are provided with through holes. In second design alternate intact circles are provided on lens surfaces when they are being covered with sun shielding layer to pass full daylight spectrum. Short-wave absorbing spectral lenses provided with holes enhance visual activity and comfort for eyes due to reducing light dissipation circles and enhancing focus.
